The two day retreat was the perfect end-of-year getaway which included a retro welcome party, an educational seminar from industry icon Nicole Benvenutti, and an Arabian nights inspired Gala in which Soultones provided the party!

Thompson Palm Springs played host to a curated gathering of premier event professionals for an intimate two-day end-of-year retreat, produced in collaboration with Emerge Event Collective.

Designed as both a creative reset and a celebration, the retreat brought together select industry leaders for a thoughtfully paced experience in the desert. The program opened with a retro-inspired welcome party, followed by an educational seminar led by industry icon Nicole Benvenutti, offering insight, perspective, and inspiration for the year ahead.

The retreat concluded with an Arabian Nights–inspired gala, where Soultones provided the soundtrack for the evening. With a performance designed to match the richness and energy of the theme, Soultones transformed the gala into a lively celebration, carrying guests from dinner into a full dance floor and closing the retreat on a high note.
