The electrifying atmosphere of the 75th Emmys: Performers Nominee Celebration was taken to new heights as DJ Spin Beat took center stage, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening. Hosted by the Television Academy, this exclusive event brought together Emmy-nominated performers and members of the Performers Peer Group to celebrate the pinnacle of television excellence.

As the featured entertainment for the 75th Emmy Awards Gala, our 17-piece orchestra performed for all the guests and special members of the Television Academy. Our band featured 6 lead singers, as well as our string and horn section, to bring the music to life. Congrats to all the winners!

73rd Emmy Awards Gala
Downbeat provided the entertainment for the 73rd Emmy Awards Gala. Our 17-piece orchestra performed for an unforgettable event including 5 lead singers from our east and west coast bands. We featured a string section and horn section that brought the energy for a great night of music.
71st Emmy Awards Governors Ball
Downbeat provided the entertainment for the 71st Emmy Awards Governors Ball. From the upbeat, interactive string trio welcoming guests into the reception to the 13-piece dance band that kept nominees and winners dancing all night, it was truly an unforgettable event.
Easterseals’ 100th Anniversary
This event was a very special occasion as Easterseals was celebrating their 100th Anniversary.

Downbeat + GIFT Foundation of Hawaii
Gold Standard traveled to Honolulu to perform at the GIFT Foundation of Hawaii’s annual charity event. The “GIFT of Thrones” theme called for Kings and Queens attire, and the band did not disappoint! Planned by our friends at Blake Entertainment, it was an unforgettable evening hosted at Maui Brewing Company at the Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger.
DJ Live + USS Midway
Guests came for the views and stayed for the music! DJ Live provided the rooftop entertainment for Top Golf’s Comic Con event at USS Midway in San Diego.

Collective LA + San Juan Capistrano Summer Concert Series
Collective LA kicked off San Juan Capistrano’s Summer Concert Series in Historic Town Center Park, and it was an evening full of live music, dancing, local business expos and more!
AMFM + InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown
AMFM performed at the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities Gala at InterContinental Hotel in Downbeat Los Angeles. The evening was a huge success, all planned by our friends at Mendivil Events.
TruBlu + Pelican Hill Resort
Downbeat LA’s jazz band TruBlu went all out for this private event at the always luxurious Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach.
Downbeat + Bel-Air Bay Club
Bel-Air Bay Club held its annual wedding industry mixer at the stunning Upper Club venue location and Downbeat LA was a proud sponsor, providing musical entertainment for the entire evening, alongside the following team of vendors:

Jazz band TruBlu performed in the living room for the welcome reception, providing entertainment for guests as they entered the space, sipped specialty cocktails and greeted fellow wedding industry professionals.
When the sun went down, DJ Live took the stage and interacted with guests for the remainder of the evening, performing upbeat, high energy dance music to keep the party going (cue the audience tambourines and drum participation)!
Gold Standard + Rosewood Miramar Beach
Gold Standard was the entertainment for the evening at this corporate event hosted at the gorgeous Rosewood Miramar Beach in Montecito, planned by our friends at Joy Full Events.
DJ Live + AnQi (Tet Festival)
DJ Live helped celebrate the Lunar New Year at AnQi in Costa Mesa. The Elite OC Production team decked out the venue for the Tet Festival and had incredible performances throughout the evening.

There’s no party like a Gold Standard party! The 10-piece live band took this birthday celebration to the next level, making it a 60th to remember at the ultra swanky Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey! Cake, champagne and dancing…what more could you ask for?!

Party hats, sequins, confetti, oh my! AMFM kicked off 2019 by traveling to Seven Feathers in Oregon to perform at a sold out New Year’s celebration. How did you ring in the New Year?

Gold Standard + SKY Studio LA
It was a busy holiday season for Downbeat LA, and Gold Standard closed out 2018 by performing at a private event planned by We Crush Events at SKY Studio in Downtown LA. Aerialists soared, specialty cocktails were sipped and the band kept guests singing and dancing all evening in celebration of a successful year!
J Society + Fairmont San Jose
J Society headed north to The Fairmont San Jose for a private event for our corporate client, Zoom. The stage was set beautifully for a night of live jazz and guests loved every second of the performance from the quartet.
