Gold Standard + Saddlerock Ranch
It's no surprise that our bands love getting to perform in Malibu. The scenery is always gorgeous and the crowds are always ready to party! Gold Standard recently played at a wedding at Saddlerock Ranch and it was a picture perfect celebration.
Between the panoramic views of the Santa Monica Mountain range and the sun setting behind the luminous twinkle lights hanging from the trees on Saddleback Ranch's lawn, it was a magical night. Here are some action shots from the reception:
A-List + Camp Alonim
The A-List had the honor of being a part of a gorgeous wedding at Simi Valley's Camp Alonim. The venue was packed with beautiful people who all came together for the celebration, and the band with their full horn section kept the dance floor packed all night.
Soultones + Calamigos Ranch
Downbeat LA is no stranger to the gorgeous Malibu venue, Calamigos Ranch. Dance band Soultones recently performed at a wedding in The Oak Room, with a ceremony site located in front of a sweeping waterfall and the indoor reception featuring glass walls and vaulted ceilings with twinkle lights and billowing fabric (gorgeous!).
Soultones provided the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception! The band featured a full horn section and a DJ to keep the party going between sets. Dance battles and sing-alongs ensued as the night progressed, and the bride and groom even took the stage!
Soultones + Vibiana
Downtown Los Angeles' Vibiana is always a favorite venue of ours to perform. The jaw-dropping ballroom never fails to set the perfect scene at the weddings and events hosted there. Soultones recently performed at a gorgeous wedding on the property and guests loved the energy that the 10-piece ensemble brought to the party!
The room lends itself perfectly to the band's singers and horn players who love to go out into the crowd during each set!
AMFM + Limoneira Ranch
Ventura County's Santa Paula is home to the lovely Limoneira Ranch, a rustic and charming wedding and special events venue. AMFM had the pleasure of performing at a wedding here on a gorgeous day with both the ceremony and reception set outside surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Heritage Valley.
The band kept guests on their feet all night, whether it was surrounding the bride and groom during their first dance and the parent dances or during the upbeat dance sets that went until the very end of the celebration.
The lead singers kept everyone excited by singing and dancing along to the couple's favorite songs, jumping out into the crowd to encourage guests to sing along, and even breaking out a surprise horn section during the set.
Gold Standard + Terranea Resort
Gold Standard recently performed at a gorgeous oceanfront wedding at the luxurious Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes. The picturesque ballroom was set with romantic florals, pops of red and lit candelabras with friends and family filling the space, eager to celebrate the newlyweds, Brent and Jessica Fierro.
The 10-piece band was on stage the entire night, keeping the all white dance floor packed. Per the bride and groom's request, the band performed the special parent and sibling dances live and there wasn't a dry eye in sight. From dance-offs and party props to heartfelt toasts and speeches, here are some of the highlights from this amazing wedding we were lucky to be a part of:

Gold Standard + Casa del Mar
Gold Standard recently traveled to Santa Monica to perform at the stunning oceanfront property, Hotel Casa del Mar. The bride and groom, Danielle and Andrew, threw a gorgeous wedding and pulled out all the stops when it came to entertainment.
With a full three-piece horn section and high energy band members, the stage was full the entire night, and so was the dance floor.

Soultones + Noor
Our bands travel far and wide to perform for some amazing clients, but it's always wonderful getting the opportunity to perform close to home and support our favorite local venues in Southern California. Soultones recently brought the house down at a gorgeous wedding at the always lovely Noor in Pasadena.

Gold Standard + Carondelet House
A favorite venue of ours has always been Downtown LA's elegant Carondelet House, and our band Gold Standard recently performed at an unforgettable wedding hosted on its gorgeous property. From magicians and surprise choreographed dances, to multilingual toasts and jaw-dropping decor and bridal wear, the night was epic.
Gold Standard singers performed an acoustic set during the seated dinner and kept the party going with dance sets until the couples' sweet farewell, accompanied by magic acts that left guests speechless. The night also featured a choreographed dance by the bridesmaids as well as a special performance by the 70's American rock band, Ambrosia, who were in attendance that evening.

Gold Standard + Ojai Valley Inn
Gold Standard recently traveled to Ojai Valley Inn for a beautiful wedding celebration located on the property's gorgeous grounds. The setting was intimate and the room was full of love as guests celebrated the newlyweds. The band was more than happy to accommodate the bride and groom's request for country music and special song selections to make it the best wedding ever for the happy couple.
The band was accompanied by a full horn section for the entire night, which kept the dance floor packed as singers and players led dance battles, conga lines, and so much more!
A-List + Calamigos Ranch
The A-List had the dance floor packed the entire night of Dani and Ian's wedding at Malibu venue, Calamigos Ranch. With a little help from Downbeat LA's own Gold Standard singers (including the bride herself) and a full, lively horn section, it quickly became one for the books!
The musicians spent more time out on the dance floor interacting with guests than they did on stage, which was a huge hit! Having started off the evening soft with contemporary dinner music then finishing strong with the couple's favorite new dance music, it was the perfect evening.

Soultones + Bel-Air Bay Club
Soultones recently traveled to one of Malibu's most breathtaking venues, Bel-Air Bay Club, to party the night away at a beautiful, intimate wedding. The scene was set, and Soultones delivered with a nonstop set full of the bride and groom's favorite songs and hits that kept the dance floor packed.
The best part of any performance is watching guests and audiences of all ages join together to dance, singalong and have the time of their lives!

AMFM + Alexandria Ballrooms
AMFM recently performed at a wedding located in the historic ballrooms of Downtown Los Angeles, Alexandria Ballrooms. Whether it was on stage, or out on the dance floor with the guests, AMFM kept the party going all night.
A-List + Pelican Hill Resort
Newport Beach's Pelican Hill Resort is the epitome of luxury. The A-List brought the house down at a recent wedding, making it a night to remember for the bride and groom and all of their guests!
Bringing in a horn section elevated the entire music set, and there was never a dull or empty moment on the dance floor!

Gold Standard + Eden Gardens
Luxury weddings are what Gold Standard does best! Whether it's in our home state of California, or across the country, we make sure our bride and grooms' entertainment needs are not only met, but exceeded.
Gold Standard had the pleasure of performing at Moorpark's beautiful Eden Gardens for a beautiful wedding ceremony and reception. You can see for yourself just how gorgeous this setting is:
Between the ceremony that took place overlooking the pond with acoustic performers, the cocktail hour beneath the canopy of trees and the dinner and dance party that followed with a full band that kept the dance floor packed, it was a night full of love. The DJ even ended the night with a silent disco, as requested by the bride and groom!
